Since 2013, Dr Theresa Chika-James has been engaged in enhancing the learning experiences of undergraduate and postgraduate students in institutes of higher education. In addition, she facilitates learning sessions, presentations, and workshops for business practitioners on topics on organizational change, ethical behaviour, service-learning, relational pedagogy and general management. As an Associate Professor and Academic Researcher deeply committed to enhancing learning experiences, she offers a range of educational initiatives designed to empower individuals and organizations using case-based learning and technology-enhanced learning.
